Job Description
- As a Customer Support Executive at our company located in Jagatpura, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by effectively resolving queries and offering appropriate solutions. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction. Moreover, you will be required to offer guidance and support regarding automobile products and services, promptly address customer issues, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions for continuous improvement.
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a minimum graduation qualification. Freshers are welcome, while experienced candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a BPO or customer support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of cars and automobile products. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks is also crucial for this role. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Preferred skills for this position include prior experience in handling automobile-related queries and familiarity with CRM tools and systems. This is a full-time, permanent role offering benefits such as health insurance, Provident Fund, and a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Hindi is preferred.
