Job Description

As an Insurance Process Executive at Upstox in Thane, India, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers to promote and sell insurance products effectively. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed information about insurance policies, benefits, and premium details, ensuring high standards of customer service, meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, handling queries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints promptly. It is essential to maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions and client interactions.
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum qualification of a Graduate or equivalent degree. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are necessary. Ideally, you should have 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance processes. Experience in tele-calling or client management would be an added advantage. Your key skills should include persuasion and negotiation abilities, proficiency in MS Office tools for reporting, and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

This full-time position is suitable for fresher candidates and offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The shift timings are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Additionally, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are provided based on your achievements.
Preferred qualifications for this role include a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education level. Experience in technical support, tele sales, or a similar field for at least one year is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is also beneficial.
