Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our AIF, PMS, Mutual Funds and other Investment Banking products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the investment landscape, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), family offices, and institutional investors for AIF, PMS, Mutual funds and other Investment products.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, wealth managers, investment advisors, and distribution partners.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets across investment products.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, investment research, and marketing, to align client solutions with business goals.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
