Job Description

As a member of the Hemocean Outsourcing team, you will be joining a dynamic group focused on providing top-notch training and placement services. Our company, headquartered in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, operates year-round to facilitate connections between graduates and companies within the Staffing & Recruiting industry.

We are currently seeking freshers to be a part of our International Voice Process team based in Gurgaon. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 years of work experience who possess essential skills such as fluency in English, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls from international clients. Your primary duties will include delivering exceptional customer service and support, resolving customer issues efficiently, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and adhering to communication procedures and company standards.
