Role Overview-

The Talent Acquisition Lead will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, employer branding, and stakeholder management. This role combines hands-on execution for critical roles with strategic leadership to optimize hiring metrics, vendor partnerships, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy & Execution-
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, operational, and corporate functions.
• Develop robust sourcing strategies using direct channels, social platforms, professional networks, and talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, job descriptions, and structured evaluation rubrics.

• Process & Stakeholder Management-
• Drive hiring efficiency to meet core SLAs: Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Manage external recruitment vendors, RPO partners, and staffing agencies, ensuring strict SLA compliance.
• Deliver a consistent, structured candidate interview process and positive candidate experience.

• Employer Branding & Campus Hiring-
• Plan and execute talent branding initiatives across LinkedIn and career portals to attract top-tier talent.
• Oversee early-career and campus recruitment programs where applicable.

• Data, Analytics & Compliance-
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data integrity and generate recruitment performance reports/dashboards.
• Ensure full compliance with regional labor laws, internal hiring guidelines, and diversity initiatives.
