Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Recruiter specializing in Non-IT Leadership Hiring to join our dynamic recruitment team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role that requires deep expertise in identifying and attracting top-tier talent across a wide range of Non-IT domains such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Durables, BFSI, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end leadership hiring mandates across Non-IT sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and/or clients to understand strategic hiring needs and build effective talent acquisition plans.
  • Source, evaluate, and engage senior-level talent using various platforms (LinkedIn, headhunting, references, etc.).
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring high-quality shortlists.
  • Act as a talent advisor by providing market insights, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and track progress using an ATS or recruitment dashboards.

  • Ensure timely closures with high-quality placements while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 48 years of proven experience in Executive Search/Leadership Hiring for Non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices in industries such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or Services.
  • Exceptional sourcing and networking skills, with expertise in headhunting and passive talent engagement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leadership mandates simultaneously.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
