Job Description
- As a Public Relations Manager, your role will involve managing the hospital's public image and reputation through various communication activities. You will be responsible for overseeing the hospital's brand image and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and distribute press releases to the media
- Arrange press conferences and facilitate interviews for hospital administrators or healthcare providers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for public and media inquiries
- Orient patients and their families to hospital facilities, procedures, and ward rules
- Manage communication during emergencies or stressful situations
- Work on marketing and promotional initiatives to advertise the hospital's services and expertise
- Act as a liaison between patients, the public, and hospital staff to ensure effective communication flow
Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in media relations and crisis management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
