Position Overview
The Product Manager for Animal Nutrition will drive the product strategy, development, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure the product meets both market needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to discontinuation.
Market Analysis: Research and understand the Animal Nutrition market, identify trends, and gather customer insights to inform product development.
Product Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to develop Nutritions that meet the specific nutritional needs of Animal at different growth stages.
Profit & Loss Ownership: Own the P&L for the Animal Nutrition product line, ensuring profitability and growth.
Pricing Strategy: Determine competitive pricing and promotional strategies.
Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely distribution.
Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop collateral, training materials, and promotional strategies.

: Regularly update stakeholders on product performance, changes, and future plans.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Continuous Improvement: Collect Nutritionback and data, analyze product performance, and initiate improvements or enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business, or related fields.
5 -15 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the Animal Nutrition
Solid understanding of Animal nutrition and Nutrition ingredients.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
