Role

As the Manager - Talent Development, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Lead - Talent Development.

The purpose of your role will be to implement and monitor the talent development interventions for the organization. To innovate and adhere to processes, ensuring robust internal and external learning and developmental channels at the organizational level.

A purpose driven role for you

• Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
• 1. Run key leadership and professional development programs.
• 2. Partnering with various internal and external stakeholders to execute end-to-end learning interventions.
• 3. Design, execute, and operationalize customized training programs throughout the year as per function requirements.
• 4. Seamless coordination and launches of regular programs.
• 5. Monthly adherence and monitoring of training budget optimization.
• 6. Ensuring timely processing of all partner payments and contract management.
• 7. Ensure world-class practitioner experience through seamless delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI

8. Partner with the learning delivery and evaluation teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support.

• 9. Continuously look for driving new ways to simplify processes.
• 10. Centralized monitoring of all training initiatives
• 11. Training data monitoring and ensuring standard inputs in all platforms for sustainability, annual reports, and audits
• 12. Learning Data management, reporting and MIS, and drafting appropriate communications for employees

Academic Qualification & Experience

MBA in HR or equivalent

Preferably 03 to 06 years of relevant experience
