• Mechanical Prop. Parts DFMEA and PFMEA Review & Quality upgrade
• Critical field issues resolution pertaining to New Technology of Mechanical Prop. Parts introduced in Vehicles
• Initial Quality Check of New Models in Premium, Commuter & Scooter segments.

A purpose driven role for you

Continuous Product Quality improvement on the basis of customer feedback through various platforms like Domestic and Global Technical Reports , Market Quality Surveys , Field returned Warranty & support to New Model Development through in-depth product evaluations as per country specific conditions.

• Spreading Awareness On New Technology Parts All Associates & Field team
• On The Spot Trouble Shooting
• Traceability of failure parts in field vehicles
• Customer satisfaction though proper data capturing , Analysis & Counteractions
• Issue analysis & closure
• Maker engagement & ECN approvals
• ECN implementation
• Problem establishment & Provide issue closure
• Base model issue
• Leadership Reviews, Policy Deployment, Best Practices Deployment
• Problem analysis & action
• Customer Feedback capturing, Field Issue Countermeasure Information sharing.
• Online Survey Design, Questionnaire alignment.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Minimum 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing/Auto Industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Experience of design and process Benchmarking (for both in-house products and competitor products
• In-depth Knowledge of Braking System , Suspension System , ABS, Control Cables
• Problem Solving through 8D , DFMEA/ PFMEA , FTA , QC Story Tools
• Knowhow of Vehicle & Parts validation testing for correlating standard spec and market condition.
• Hands on knowledge on Vehicle & Engine Testing
