Role

As the Team Manager -DEI, Engagement & HR Analytics you will be a part of the HR function and will report to Lead HRBP. The purpose of your role is to drive an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture by designing and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Roadmap and employee engagement initiatives. To leverage data-driven insights and HR analytics, and continuously enhance employee experience.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. To execute the Plant D&I Roadmap and Initiatives to facilitate the D&I mission of the organization and the plant - D&I Policies, D&I Engagement Initiatives, POSH & Gender Sensitization, Developing women leaders Managing Unconscious Bias at workplace, PWD & Specially Abled - 30%

2. Employee Engagement & Culture - Driving EVS Annual and Pulse Survey, EVS Action Planning and working with CFT, Driving Employee Engagement through CFTs, Implementing the Corporate Hero.Life Engagement drives, Driving the Hero Values and Culture assimilation, Value-Based Spot Recognition - 35%

3. Set standard processes for preparing recurring reports & share with relevant team(s) to ensure availability of up-to-date, quality data analysis - Collecting data and maintain, Data analysis & deriving insights, Presenting the results in reports - 30%

Academic Qualification & Experience

- MBA/PGDM/ MSW /Masters in Personnel & IR /Psychology / Management / MHRM

• 4-7 years
