Associate, Private Equity - Deal Sourcing

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

What you will do: Conduct market research and analysis, screen potential investment targets and prepare deal memos.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and screen potential investment targets within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies.
• Develop detailed financial models and valuation reports.
• Prepare investment memos for internal review and approval.

• Interact with target company management and advisors.
• Support the deal execution process, including negotiation and closing.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
