Investment Banking Associate - Debt Financing

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member supporting senior bankers on debt financing transactions.

What you will do: Prepare financial models and assist in the execution of debt financings for corporate clients.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and analysis for debt transactions.
• Due diligence and credit analysis of borrowers.
• Preparation of pitch books and marketing materials for prospective clients.
• Coordination with legal and other parties involved in transactions.
• Monitoring of loan performance post-closing.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Masters in Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related field
• Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with debt financing instruments.
