Private Equity Analyst - Healthcare

What role you will play in team: You'll support senior investment professionals in all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio management within the healthcare sector.

What you will do: You will conduct industry research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis of potential investment opportunities in the healthcare industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to understand the intricacies of private equity deals.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct industry research and market analysis.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses of target companies.
• Support the due diligence process, including financial and operational reviews.
• Prepare investment memorandums and other presentations.
• Assist in the monitoring and management of existing portfolio companies.
• Interact with portfolio company management teams.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Financial Modeling).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
