Private Equity Associate - Deal Sourcing

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the deal sourcing team, identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities.

What you will do: You will conduct market research, analyze financial statements, and build financial models to assess investment viability.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct market research to identify potential investment targets.
• Analyze financial statements and conduct due diligence.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations.
• Support senior team members in deal execution.
• Maintain deal pipeline tracking.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Experience in deal sourcing or investment banking preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
