Private Equity Associate - Healthcare Investments

What role you will play in team: You will join a highly experienced team focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare sector across India.

What you will do: You will support the deal team from origination through execution, performing due diligence, financial modeling and market analysis. You'll be a key contributor to investment memos and presentations.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting market research and analysis of the Indian healthcare industry.
• Screening and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
• Performing financial due diligence on target companies.
• Developing financial models and valuations.
• Preparing investment memorandums and presentations.
• Supporting the deal team throughout the investment process.
• Participating in deal negotiations and closings.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
