Job Description
- As a Supply Chain Operations - Business Operations Associate 5 at HP Inc., you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to implement integrated solutions in SAP S4 and non-SAP environments. Your primary responsibility will involve owning Pricing and Invoice Reconciliation processes from a SAP S4 standpoint, ensuring smooth transaction flow between systems, addressing discrepancies, performing analysis, offering insights, and taking corrective actions. Additionally, you will be responsible for pricing analysis, inventory analysis, reporting, and other operational activities related to Services Supply Chain.
You will play a crucial role in providing innovative solutions to operational issues, driving key Supply Chain Improvement projects, challenging the status quo, and collaborating with diverse supply chain teams. Your responsibilities will include leading Logistics, Procurement, and Order Management processes, coordinating with internal teams and outsourced partners, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP skills, reengineering business processes, automating tasks, producing reports, analyzing data, managing price file processes, and reviewing performance metrics.
To excel in this role, you should have a first-level university degree, a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the supply chain function, and expertise in SAP S4 related to Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics, procurement, and Sales order management. You must possess strong communication skills, influencing abilities, relationship management skills, and project management skills. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of SAP, knowledge of business flows in SAP logistics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
