With global presence and a team of highly skilled professionals, they speciaise in BIM implementation, virtual design & construction (VDC), has operations/projects across USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, India, and Australia and APAC.

Job Overview :
Looking for an experienced professional to drive business development efforts in U.S.A. & Europe. This role requires a strong network within the AEC industry, with Architects, Engineers, Design Companies, Contractors.
Responsibilities :
a. Business Growth : Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company's footprint across the USA and Canada.
b. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in general contracting, engineering design, construction projects, and infrastructure sectors.
c. Revenue Generation & Contract Negotiation :

d. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends and develop business strategies in co-ordination with other officers of the company and the group.
Requirements :
a. 10+ years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry in Business Development / Sales within BIM / VDC / Engineering Design Services
b. Must have exposure to project-based / fixed-price delivery
c. Preferred experience in North American and European markets
d. Proven track record of driving sales growth, structuring high-value contracts, and building long-term client partnerships.
e. Deep understanding of construction industry, workflows, digital engineering solutions, and AEC technology trends.
f. Strong communication & negotiation skills to engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
g. Very good communication skills
h. Team Size handled : Should have team handing exp of min 10+ members.
Educational Qualifications : University Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction/ Project Management.
