Manager/Senior Manager - Predictive Analytics

Client: A data-sciences company providing best-in-class data-driven solutions to clients across industries and geographies. They are in an expansion mode and expect to triple their current numbers by end of the year.
Role: Manager / Senior Manager - Predictive Analytics
Location: Mumbai/Noida (Work from Office only)
Experience: 4yr - 10yr relevant experience (4yr+ data science experience in BFSI domain)
Joining: Immediate to 30 days (Notice > 30 days may not be processed)
Interview process: 2/3 Online VC rounds followed by in-person final round.

Important:Banking or NBFC experience is mandatory. You will be expected to work independently in a high-pressure environment with quick turn around on projects.
Responsibilities:
- Model Development & Deployment: Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using Python, R, or SAS.
- Data Management & Transformation: Handle large datasets, perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis using SQL, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- BI & Visualization: Utilize Tableau, Power BI, or Advanced Excel to create insightful dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Independent Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct independent data analysis, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Communication & Presentation: Present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in written and verbal formats.
- Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Cloud Experience: If applicable, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for data processing and model deployment.
Primary Role Requirements (Must Have):
- Minimum 4yrs+ hands-on experience with model development/ML using Python/SAS or R in BFSI domain
- Worked with large data volumes in extraction, cleaning, transformation and comprehension
- Experience with common machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and any BI tool like Tableau/Power BI/Advanced Excel
- Able to analyze data independently and draw out key insights
- Comfortable with presenting findings or insights from analysis.
- Good communication skills both written and oral
Educational Qualifications (Must have): BE/BTech/BSc (Maths, Stats, Economics, Computers) AND ME/MTech/MSc/Any Quantitative Master's Degree from a Tier1/ Tier2 college.
