Hexaware is looking for experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving employee grievances and retain talented workforce.
Role demands:
The HR lead will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance and support on HR -related matters.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
1) Collaborate, Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
2) Overseeing employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts
3) Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives
4) analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and action plan
5) Lead and manage team- providing guidance, mentorship
6) Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives, including programs to foster a positive work culture
Qualifications:
1) Degree in HR, business admin, or related field
2) 7-10 Years of professional experience
3) Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
4) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
