Job Role: Head CSR (ClimateTech Project)

Role Overview:

The Head – CSR will lead and manage Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives focused on ClimateTech and sustainability projects. The role involves strategic planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and field-level engagement, requiring flexibility for frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with ClimateTech, sustainability, and environmental goals
• Lead end-to-end execution of climate-focused CSR projects (renewable energy, carbon reduction, waste management, water conservation, etc.)

• Coordinate with government bodies, NGOs, partners, and local communities
• Monitor project impact, compliance, and reporting as per CSR and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare budgets, proposals, impact reports, and presentations for management and board review
• Represent the organization in site visits, field operations, and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure effective utilization of CSR funds and timely project delivery
• Stay updated on climate policies, ESG frameworks, and sustainability trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of CSR, ESG, sustainability, and ClimateTech initiatives
• Experience in managing large-scale CSR or social impact projects

Preferred Background:

• Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Social Work, Public Policy, or Management
• Prior experience in ClimateTech, renewable energy, or environmental CSR projects
• Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, or impact organizations

Travel Requirement:

• Frequent travel required for project monitoring, implementation, and stakeholder engagement
