We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Analyst for a non-voice, non-technical role with our client, Vaco Binary Semantics. The role involves verifying hotel pricing data and ensuring accuracy against partner booking sites. The ideal candidate will have strong logical reasoning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Verify and validate hotel pricing data (base rate + taxes/fees) against partner booking sites.
  
• 
  Determine match or mismatch cases and escalate discrepancies.
  
• Ensure correct itinerary details, number of adults, and valid stay duration.
  
• Identify and escalate priority issues timely.
  
• Stay updated on system changes, processes, and enhancements.
  
• Review processes for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
  
• Execute daily assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any stream.
  
• Ability to write basic emails.
  
• Strong logical reasoning and arithmetic skills (percentages).
  
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Adaptable to changes in work tasks or processes.
  
• Ability to guide self and team members in accomplishing objectives.
