Job Title: Backend Operations Executive
Shift: 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Location: Vaco Binary Semantics Tower 11, 5th Floor, Sector 21, Gurugram, Haryana 122016
About the Role:
Were hiring Backend Operations Executives to support day-to-day BPO operations, ensuring data accuracy, timely processing, and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle backend processes like data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain process documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client SLAs and quality standards.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 0 - 3 years of experience in BPO or backend operations (freshers can also apply).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
