Job Description
Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and agents.
- Assist customers with FASTag activation and recharge-related queries.
- Resolve failed payment and transaction-related issues.
- Maintain customer records using Microsoft Excel and internal company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Update customer information and prepare basic reports.
- Follow up with customers and agents to ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support day-to-day operational activities.
