Human Resources (HR) Internship In Delhi, Mysuru

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Coordinate with departments to collect and track attendance, leave data, and other HR metrics.
• Support in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, warning letters, and employment contracts.
• Assist in learning & development initiatives including scheduling trainings and maintaining training records.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor laws.
