    We are seeking a candidate with 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, focusing on acquisition, retention, reactivation, and ROAS optimization across paid channels. The ideal candidate should have expertise in various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and DSPs. Strong analytical skills are crucial for leveraging data to optimize various metrics like CPA, LTV, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
    Your responsibilities will include:
    - Developing and executing performance marketing strategies for acquisition, retention, and reactivation
    - Leading and mentoring a team of marketing specialists for performance-driven execution
    - Optimizing paid campaigns across different platforms to ensure high ROAS and efficiency

    - Building and scaling data-driven campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
    - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
    - Managing reactivation campaigns, budget allocation, influencer partnerships, and external relationships
    - Executing lifecycle marketing via CRM tools and providing feedback on third-party tools and ad tech platforms
    - Leveraging data for tracking, evaluating, and improving marketing campaigns
    - Testing and optimizing creatives, landing pages, and messaging for maximum engagement
