Your Role:

As a Pre Sales Engineer you will have below key responsibilities.

• Maintain relationship with key system integrators and provide project solution design, training and related technical support.
• Maintain relationship with key end users and provide necessary consultation, training and solution guidance.
• Key Project management for complete project cycle, including initial opportunity analysis, solution design, POC support, risk management.
• Localized vertical solution development through local market analysis, including competition analysis, vertical pain points analysis.
• Participate in local marketing event & activity such as exhibition, seminar, roadshow, and provide technical presentation.
• Team cooperation with local sales, technical and product team.
• Communicate with R&D team for customization and solution design.

• Full-time undergraduate degree or above, computer, electronics or communications science and engineering majors is preferred
• Proficient in Arabic and English speaking.
• More than 3 years of project pre-sales experience
• Strong technical knowledge of security system, including access control systems, video surveillance systems, Intercom, commercial display, ITS, mobility, IOT, VMS is preferred
• Experience of project management and partner relationship management
• Strong business sensitivity, action, logical thinking ability, the pursuit of excellence, strong teamwork ability.
• Valid UAE Driving License holder is preferred.
