About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Brand & Social Marketing Lead to drive brand strategy, digital presence, and business growth across telecom, defence, and technology verticals. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B marketing expertise in telecom/technology and the ability to translate complex tech solutions into compelling brand narratives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals
- Build customer personas & journey maps across global markets
- Lead brand differentiation through competitive analysis & voice-of-customer insights
- Integrate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) into brand initiatives
2. Social Media Strategy
- Design and implement multi-platform social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
- Create annual roadmaps, content calendars & campaign frameworks
- Drive integrated marketing communications (IMC) initiatives
3. Content & Thought Leadership
- Oversee development of thought leadership articles, case studies, executive posts, product explainers & videos
- Position leadership as industry voices in 5G, OFC, Defence Tech, FTTH & Smart Cities
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels
4. Campaign & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta & YouTube
- Optimize campaigns via targeting, A/B testing & ROI-driven budget allocation
- Amplify brand presence during trade shows & industry events
5. Analytics & Marketing Operations
- Track KPIs: engagement, reach, lead attribution, share of voice
- Deliver performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage marketing automation tools & CRM integrations
- Streamline workflows, approvals & marketing data architecture

6. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor marketing team
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D, Finance & SCM
- Manage agencies, vendors & marketing budgets
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business/Communications (MBA preferred)
- 710 years of marketing experience
- Minimum 5 years in Brand, Social & Performance Marketing
- Experience in Telecom / SaaS / Technology sector preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing
- Experience with CRM, automation tools & analytics platforms
