Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Dehradun. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide in-depth information about educational programs, and assist with application procedures. Additional responsibilities include actively engaging with students, answering inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless admission experience. The role requires a proactive approach to counseling and building relationships with applicants.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively connect with diverse audiences
• Customer Service and Sales abilities to engage with prospective students and address their needs

  Knowledge or prior experience in Education counseling or related fields
• Proficiency in providing tailored advice and guidance aligned with clients goals
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple applications and inquiries
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various departments
• Bachelors degree in any field; experience in education counseling or related fields preferred
