Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective distribution and visibility across General Trade outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Drive market execution as per company guidelines (merchandising, promotions, schemes).
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Ensure timely collection and adherence to company credit policies.
• Track and improve product availability and shelf visibility.
• Execute new product launches effectively in the territory.

Key Requirements

• 4-11 years of relevant experience in FMCG and personal care sales.
• Strong understanding of distribution management and retail execution.
• Good geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
