Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - Finance (Fund Raising) located in Bangalore. The role involves comprehensively managing and overseeing investor relations, ensuring robust internal controls are in place, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing critical support for the fund-raising activities of the organization. This position is pivotal in maintaining financial health and driving growth through strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other external financial stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with all loan agreements and financial obligations.
• Support annual audits by providing necessary information and responses to auditors.
• Manage, maintain, and administer bank accounts and respond to regular queries from banking partners.
• Gather, interpret, and prepare comprehensive financial models, cash flow projections, and Credit Monitoring Arrangement (CMA) data.
• Ensure strict adherence to all FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to address bank queries and refine project cash flows.
• Prepare accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management.
• Play a crucial role in managing relationships with investors by promptly responding to their queries through investor calls and other communication Proven experience in financial management, particularly with a focus on fund-raising.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop relationships with banks, lenders, and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, including FEMA and RBI.
• Experience in supporting annual audits and managing bank administration.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, cash flow projections, and CMA preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for investor relations and inter-departmental coordination.
• Ability to prepare detailed MIS reports.
