The initiative focuses on reviving the Kosa art form by setting up a self-sustaining enterprise and unlocking the potential through capacity building, and design interventions and establishing direct marketing channels. The initiative aims to improve the income levels of the reelers and weavers

A Section 8 Company Kosala Livelihood and Social Foundation is set in Chhattisgarh to execute this initiative

Job Title: Asst. Manager Sales & Marketing


Job Summary:

As an integral part of the sales and marketing team, the Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing will play a key role in driving the growth of our handmade premium artisanal brand. This position involves executing strategic initiatives across retail, exhibitions, and bulk/institutional channels. The role focuses on building and nurturing strong customer and buyer relationships, with the goal of achieving sales targets and enhancing brand presence in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and direct sales activities
  • Ideate and coordinate engaging marketing campaigns across channels
  • Plan and execute brand participation in exhibitions and solo events
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders

  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to take informed product development and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and successful product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience- in sales and marketing, ideally within the premium artisanal or lifestyle brand.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing techniques, with a knack for narrative and story telling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, proactive, and numbers driven with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
