International Voice Process Role: Process Consultant
Shifts: Rotational - Night Shifts (5-Day Work Week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Support: Handle calls for international clients (US/UK/AU).
- Issue Resolution: Assist with billing, technical queries, and product quries
- Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Communication: Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Education: Graduate
- Skills: Strong active listening and basic computer literacy.
