Job Description

    The primary responsibility of this role includes defining job descriptions and documenting specifications. You will be responsible for posting job descriptions on various portals and social platforms, as well as screening applications of qualified candidates. Communication of employer information during the screening process is also a key aspect of the job. Additionally, you will coordinate with Hiring Managers and Qualified Candidates for scheduling interviews and assist and participate in the interview process with managers. Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be maintaining relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruitment goals are achieved.
    In terms of skills, the ideal candidate should have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. A positive attitude and being a quick learner are essential qualities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize. You should be able to work independently to perform full life-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and salary negotiations. Bringing a positive approach, motivating, and inspiring others are also important aspects of this role. Strong typing and computer skills are necessary, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

    This position is a full-time opportunity suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance, and the work schedule is during the day shift. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
