Job Description
- Perusal of Title Flow and other relevant approvals
- Carrying out property due diligence;
- Co-ordinate with Cluster Business Head for collection of property documents to process Legal.
- Co-ordinate with the Panel advocate and obtain Legal title report amd Search Report (LSR) within TAT
- Clear the sales proposal based on the Legal report.
- Collect the Original Title Documents (OTD) from Customer / Sales Team
- Verify OTD and ensure they are in line with LSR and initiate Disbursal Approvals
- Visit Registrar Offices for Charge Creation and Cancellation
- Ensure registration of Sale Deed and Mortgage Registration in Purchase Cases
- Handover of Cheques to Customers in Post Disbursal Documents (PDD) cases

- Follow up on PDD Documents and collect them within TAT
- Empanelment and Management of Legal Vendors
- Responsible for routine legal to ensure compliance with Company's policies, internal control, procedure and applicable laws and regulations
- Sound knowledge of drafting, vetting, all types of agreements, (including lease, leave & license) and other documents;
