About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Product Manager (Scale 3-4) to lead key functional verticals of our flagship Mobile Banking application in Bengaluru. Reporting directly to the AVP/DVP of Mobile Banking, you will own end-to-end product roadmaps, drive high-scale feature rollouts, and build seamless, secure digital journeys for millions of active users. This is an execution-heavy leadership role for a true product architect who thrives on writing detailed product blueprints, collaborating with engineering squads, and driving measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Product Ownership:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and sprint execution for major consumer mobile banking modules.

2. Priority Domain Delivery:

• Drive innovation across critical transactional and revenue journeys - including UPI & Digital Payments, Credit/Debit Card Management, and Investments/Wealth/Insurance platforms.

3. Functional Design & Documentation:

• Write precise BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and granular user stories.

4. Agile Squad Execution:

• Partner with technology architects, QA, and UI/UX designers in an Agile/Scrum setup to ensure on-time delivery with zero feature slippage.

5. Growth & Funnel Optimization:

• Monitor critical platform KPIs (MAU, transaction success rates, conversion funnels, latency) using product analytics tools.

6. Regulatory & Security Compliance:

• Ensure native compliance with RBI, NPCI, IRDAI, and DPDP mandates while maintaining audit readiness.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of dedicated Product Management experience in Indian Retail Banking or consumer Fintech apps.

2. Priority Domain Exposure:

• Proven hands-on delivery in at least ONE of these priority domains:

• i. UPI / Digital Payments / Payment Gateways
• ii. Credit Card / Debit Card Management
• iii. Wealth Management / Investments / Insurance Tech

3. Domain Breadth:

• Demonstrated product experience across at least 3 core mobile banking domains (e.g., Payments, Onboarding, Liabilities, Lending, Cards, Wealth, FRM, etc.).

4. Technical Pedigree:

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, wireframing tools, and API integration flows.

5. Academics:

• Graduate / Post-Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Management (MBA) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
