Job Description
- Role Overview:
You are responsible for administering Azure DevOps Boards and work item processes, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide training, foster an agile mindset, and deliver Agile coaching to help teams adopt best practices in delivery and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Azure DevOps Boards, work item types, queries, and dashboards.
- Create, update, and manage custom fields, workflows, and board configurations.
- Maintain user permissions and access control for ADO projects.
- Support stakeholders in creating queries and exporting data to Excel/Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics.
- Generate and automate reports/dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Provide training and support to team members on ADO usage.
- Deliver basic Agile coaching sessions to teams, guiding them on agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and best practices to improve collaboration and delivery.
Qualifications Required:
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards.
- Strong knowledge of work item management and query building in ADO.
- Proficiency in connecting ADO to Power BI and Excel for reporting.

- Good understanding of dashboards and visualizations in ADO.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to provide coaching support.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean, accurate data.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Details:
The job is Full-time, Contractual / Temporary with a contract length of 6 months. The benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and work from home option.
