Investment Banking Analyst - Debt Financing

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in arranging debt financing for corporate clients.

What you will do: Analyze creditworthiness, structure debt transactions, and prepare presentations.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze the creditworthiness of corporate borrowers.
• Structure debt transactions, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, and bonds.
• Prepare financial models and presentations for clients and investors.
• Support the negotiation and closing of debt transactions.

• Monitor market conditions and identify opportunities for debt financing.
• Maintain relationships with lenders and investors.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of debt markets and financing structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
