Investment Banking Associate - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our M&A team, supporting senior bankers on various transactions. Your analytical and communication skills will be crucial in successful deal execution.

What you will do: You’ll contribute to financial modeling, due diligence, and the preparation of client presentations. You’ll interact directly with clients and learn the process from start to finish.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses of target companies.
• Preparing presentations and pitch books for clients.
• Assisting in due diligence processes.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• 
  Supporting senior bankers in negotiations and closing of deals.
• Managing deal-related documents and communications.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel, Financial Modeling).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
