Private Equity Associate - Steel Industry

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team focusing on investments within the steel and metal manufacturing industry.

What you will do: Analyze investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support the investment process.

Key responsibility:

• Screen and analyze potential investments in steel and metal companies.
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including financial, operational, and legal aspects.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations.
  
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with operational improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Experience in financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong understanding of the steel industry and its related markets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
