Step 1: Complete the Screening Confirmation Form

Before scheduling your Screening Interview, you must complete the Screening Confirmation Form. This form is required to confirm your participation in the screening process. Fill out the form here:

Step 2: Schedule Your Screening Interview

Once the form is submitted, you can proceed to book your Screening Interview. Screening Interviews will be conducted via Google Meet and are available between 7:30 PM and 4:30 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
  
• Design Creation: Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and site maps to communicate ideas clearly.
  
• UI Development: Design and build key interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  
• Prototyping: Develop interactive UI mockups and prototypes that showcase the look, feel, and functionality of the software.
  
• Graphic Design: Create original graphics and visual assets to enhance the interface and user experience.
  
• Feedback Integration: Conduct layout adjustments and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure design consistency and smooth handoff of technical requirements.

Experience:

• Senior UI/UX Designers: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
  
• Early Career Designers: Graduates or those with less experience who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment.
  
• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD
