About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support across India and international operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in corporate law, global compliance, and contract management while establishing standardized legal frameworks for our global workforce and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on business, governance, and risk.

- Draft, review, and negotiate global client contracts (MSA, NDA, Service Agreements).

- Ensure compliance with international and local legal regulations.

- Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution before courts, tribunals, and NCLT.

- Develop and maintain standardized legal templates and workflows.

- Manage intellectual property protection and corporate documentation.

- Draft global employee contracts and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

- Collaborate with HR on legal aspects of hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.

- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly.

- Establish structured processes for approvals, compliance, and documentation.
Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); LLM in Corporate/International Law preferred.

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate law or compliance, ideally in global tech or consulting environments.

- Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation (international MSAs, NDAs, etc.

- Sound knowledge of labor law, corporate governance, and cross-border compliance.

- Proven record in litigation, arbitration, and dispute management.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to operate independently and lead legal strategy in a dynamic environment.
