Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and entertainment units. If you have a strong professional network and a proven track record in premium/luxury projects, wed love to hear from you!
What Youll Do
- Leverage your network with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers to generate new business.
- Identify and convert new opportunities in the premium home interiors market.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Represent the brand at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Consistently achieve (and exceed!) sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of sales/business development experience in interiors or related industries (modular kitchens, wardrobes, tiles, stone, bathroom fittings, premium building materials).
- Strong network of architects, designers, and builders.
- Proven success in premium/luxury project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Knowledge of interiors/modular solutions is a bonus.
