Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions for pan-India hiring
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding interview schedules and candidate feedback.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
