Job Description
Role: Telesales Executive - WhatsApp, SMS, Email & Voice Marketing Solutions
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telesales/inside sales experience
- Experience in at least 2 channels: WhatsApp, SMS, Email or Voice
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with high-volume calling
- CRM/Excel knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling and lead generation
- Client follow-ups and deal closures
- Handle objections and pricing discussions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and drive repeat business
