Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our growth by identifying potential clients, institutes, and partners and building strong professional relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach
• Market and competitor research
• Connecting with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
• Maintaining lead/client databases and follow-ups
• Supporting presentations, proposals, and business development activities
• Collaborating with the BD and Operations teams

This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident approach towards calls, outreach, and relationship building
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Interest in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, or HR Tech
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Freshers and candidates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome
