- Identify and connect with potential clients and partners
- Pitch HireKarmas recruitment solutions via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain lead data and daily activity reports
- Support the sales and business development team
- Follow up with prospects and close onboarding opportunities
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Odia, Hindi, English)
- Basic knowledge of sales/business development
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
- MS Excel / Google Sheets basics preferred
