Senior Manager - Financial Planning And Analysis & Accounts - D2C - CA

We are currently hiring for a fast-growing D2C omnichannel brand.
The company is looking to hire a Senior Manager - FP&A & Accounts to lead financial planning, accounting, compliance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business finance initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong financial expertise with strategic thinking and has experience driving finance operations in high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities :
- Own accounting operations, financial reporting, and monthly book closures
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Monitor business performance through variance analysis and financial insights
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
- Manage cash flow, working capital, payables, and receivables
- Build financial models, business cases, and unit economics analyses
- Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and investor reporting
- Support fundraising, due diligence, and strategic finance projects
- Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes
- Partner with business teams to drive informed decision-making
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Requirements :
- CA with 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Accounting, or Controllership
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Logistics, or Startup environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modelling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tally
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing audits, compliance, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
