Role: Oracle Fusion Business Development / Sales Manager.
Location: Bangalore.
Were looking for an ambitious Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our global expansion across key markets including APAC, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.
In this high-impact role, you will:.
- Drive new business across regions with a focus on large enterprise and Fortune 1000 clients.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with Oracle and regional partners to lead co-sell motions and joint pursuits.
- Build strong C-level relationships (CIOs, CFOs, CHROs, CTOs) to land and expand Oracle Fusion transformation programs.
- Manage strategic accounts, regional pipelines, and revenue forecasting across global markets.
What We're Looking For:

- 715 years of proven success selling Oracle Fusion solutions (ERP / HCM / SCM / EPM).
- Experience managing multi-region enterprise deals.
- Strong network within Oracles ecosystem and regional SIs.
- Bonus: Experience in Middle East government projects, US Fortune 500 accounts, or Europe compliance-driven deals.
This is a strategic role with direct revenue ownership, ideal for a go-getter with deep Oracle Fusion domain knowledge and a passion for enterprise sales.
