Job Overview:

- We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Experts (Technical & Functional) who have hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end ERP Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise and the ability to work across business and technical teams to drive successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end Oracle Fusion / ERP Cloud implementations

- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions

- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules based on business needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients

- Support data migration, integrations, and system testing activities

- Ensure best practices in implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support

- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions during and after implementation

Technical / Functional Skills:

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud / ERP Cloud

- Expertise in one or more modules such as:

- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA)

- SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)

- HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management)

- Experience in integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs)

- Knowledge of data migration, reporting tools (BI, OTBI)

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

- At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations

- Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle and business processes

- Ability to work in a client-facing role

Preferred Skills:

- Oracle certifications in Fusion Cloud

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Core Expertise:

- Deep knowledge of Lease Accounting & Lease Management processes

- Oracle Cloud ERP modules: Fixed Assets (FA), GL, AP, AR, Cash Management

- End-to-end Lease lifecycle: recognition, amortization, premeasurement, termination

- Integration of Lease Management with core financials and project modules

Additional Skills:

- Hands-on with Advanced Collections, Treasury, Project Costing & Billing, Risk Management Cloud (AFC, ACS), EPM, Financial Consolidation Hub

- Minimum 4 full life cycle implementations (US experience preferred)

- Skilled in Data Conversion Strategy, Integration/Report Design Workshops, Architecture & Solution Pilots
